Pay & Benefits
We keep it competitive and we're honest about it. Pay, time off, and benefits get walked through when we sit down together, matched to your experience and what you bring.
Schedule
Monday through Friday. Typical day starts 6:30–7:00 AM, finishes mid- to late-afternoon. Occasional Saturday during build season, never required.
Equipment
Flatbed tractor-trailers with Moffett piggyback forklifts. Box trucks. Dump trailers as needed. Modern fleet, in-house maintenance, dispatch via mobile app.
Routes
Middle Tennessee only. Ashland City, Nashville metro, Dickson, Clarksville, Springfield, Franklin, and surrounding counties. Home every night. No interstate runs.
Key Duties
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT. Load and secure building materials at the yard with the help of our yard crew: lumber, trusses, drywall, siding, roofing, windows, doors. Operate Moffett forklift to offload at job sites safely and place product where the contractor needs it. Run delivery routes across Middle Tennessee on dispatch from inside sales. Communicate with builders on-site and report issues back to dispatch in real time. Keep the truck clean, keep paperwork in order, log fuel and DVIRs. Help with yard work between runs as schedule allows.

Valid Class A CDL. Clean MVR. We pull it. Current DOT medical card. Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. 21+ years old. Able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather. Customer-facing demeanor: you talk to a builder every day.
