Our management chain is short and lean and our operation is transparent. We want to train you so well you could go anywhere, and treat you so well you never want to leave.
The Midway Team

We want team members who care about other people. Yard crew, sales reps, drivers, and the office team: everyone is a problem-solver first, and a job title second. We can train you on lumber grades, our systems, or our delivery routes. We can’t teach you how to take care of a customer. That has to come with you.

Outside Sales Representative
Customers you bring in are protected as long as you're working them. Sell trusses, custom windows and doors, kitchens, siding, roofing: real products with real margins.
Yard Associate / Forklift Operator
Always accepting applications. Outdoor work, real lumber, well-maintained forklift fleet. Forklift certified or we will certify the right person.
CDL Driver: Moffett Forklift
Home every night. Local Middle Tennessee routes only. Flatbeds with Moffett piggyback forklifts, modern fleet, real maintenance. Class A CDL required; we'll certify the right driver on the Moffett.
Inside Sales / Counter
Always accepting applications. A friendly voice and a steady hand: take orders, write quotes, and support the outside sales team.
