How We Treat the Team

You can talk to the owner. You can talk to the manager. You can talk to the person doing the work. Most of the time those are the same conversation.
Pay people fairly
We pay what the work is worth, and we keep good people because of it. The people are the business, not a line item.
Take care of each other
When somebody on the crew is going through it (sick kid, lost a parent, truck broke down) we cover. Building a yard together for fifty-plus years means showing up for the team off the clock too.

Most of our team is from Cheatham County or right next door. The routes, suppliers, team, and customers are all from here.
