One team. One quote. One yard. Behind every PO.
Midway is the materials partner that does everything around the package: takeoff, spec session, truss engineering, and staged deliveries timed to the building cycle. We work to make the contractor's life easier, because the contractor's success is what builds the next project.
What We Offer
Drop off blueprints, email a PDF, or send a sketch. Our estimators do material takeoffs for framing, sheathing, trim, siding, and roofing, itemized, line by line, with current pricing. Most quotes go back same day or next.
We do takeoffs from plans every day, but when the job calls for it our salesmen come to the site and pull the measurements themselves. Especially useful for window and door replacement, custom openings, and remodels where the plans don't tell the whole story.
We offer truss and engineered floor system design through our partner truss manufacturer. You bring us the plans, we coordinate the engineering (load calcs, layouts, stamped drawings) and the finished trusses arrive on our trucks, on your schedule. One team. One quote. One yard. Behind every PO.
Engineering is performed by our partner truss company.
In-house design studio. We work through every opening with you (rough opening sizes, mulled units, glass packages, grilles, finishes, hardware) across MGM Industries, Sun Windows, Ply Gem, and more. See window catalog →
Midway has a dedicated in-house kitchen and bath designer who works the layout with you start to finish: measured drawings, elevations, 3D renderings, and a full cabinet, countertop, and vanity package priced and ordered through us. Bring a Pinterest board, a rough sketch, or a measured room. We'll take it from there.
Midway uses professional installers, capable of complicated, high-end installs. We hang the boxes, set the islands, scribe to walls and ceilings, and leave it ready for tops.
Flatbeds with Moffett piggyback forklifts for framing, trusses, decking, and roofing, set on the deck, on a ground stack, or staged for the crane. Box trucks for medium loads and protected materials: windows, doors, finish goods, hardware fills. Pickup trucks for mid-day fill-in deliveries to the site, the "I ran out, can you bring it this afternoon" calls that keep a crew working and keep the superintendent off errand duty. Will-call pickup at the yard is welcome anytime; the pickup-truck delivery is the service. Local fleet, real maintenance, drivers home every night.
Project billing, statements, will-call pickups, after-hours problem solving when a Friday pour goes sideways. Same family-owned business, same names answering every time. Account terms available for established contractors who fit.
When the experienced staff can't resolve an issue or find a way to meet a need, the buck doesn't get punted to a regional VP or a 1-800 number. The owner is on site, working in the business: one family and one building, sharing a parking lot with the lumber yard. Walk in, ask for him by name, and the decision happens in the same conversation. No corporate office in another state. No approval chain. That is the difference.
How We Work
Plans, sketch, photos, or a phone call. Whatever you've got.
We do the math. Site visit if it helps. Truss engineering coordinated through our partner.
Itemized, transparent, and signed off before anything ships.
Our trucks, on your day. Problems? You call us, not the factory.
