Why Midway for Windows
We do takeoffs from plans and specs every day, and when the job calls for it, we'll come to the site and pull the measurements ourselves. Tape on every opening, eyes on every header, on your schedule. Then we work through every detail with you: rough opening sizes, mulled units, glass packages, grille patterns, exterior color, interior finish, hardware. You walk out with a clean order, not a guess.
We're a direct dealer with the major window manufacturers, not a re-seller. That means current lead times, factory pricing, and a real person to call when something needs to ship faster.
Windows come through our yard, get checked against the order, and stage for delivery on your schedule. No "the trucking company left it at the wrong address." We handle that.
Window Types
A starting menu. We can spec almost anything a manufacturer offers. These are the patterns we sell every week.
The Tennessee classic. Both sashes operate, tilt-in for cleaning. New construction or replacement.
Bottom sash operates, top fixed. Common spec for production builds and rentals.
Crank-out for full ventilation. Excellent egress. Modern and farmhouse looks both.
Hinged at top, opens out. Great over kitchen sinks, bathrooms, and high-wall stacks.
Horizontal operation. Good fit for wide, low openings: basements, bedrooms, additions.
Non-operating. Maximum glass for views and daylight. Great mulled with operating units.
Half-rounds, octagons, gables, transoms. Custom shapes. We'll spec the framing too.
Multi-unit projecting assemblies. Includes seat boards, headers, and roof systems.
Code-compliant egress sizing for bedrooms and finished basements. Wells available.
Frame Materials
Most replacement work. Energy-efficient, low maintenance, great price-to-performance.
Premium structural strength, narrow sightlines, paintable. Great for high-end new construction.
Real wood interior with aluminum or fiberglass exterior. Architectural look, low maintenance outside.
Commercial and modern residential. Thin profiles, large openings, durable finishes.
Glass & Performance
Our default for energy code. Reflects heat in summer, retains it in winter.
Higher R-value, better sound dampening. Often spec'd along busy roads or for premium builds.
Available where the design calls for it. Same-frame look, laminated glass.
Code-required tempered for hazardous locations. Obscure / frosted for bathrooms.
Grilles-between-glass, simulated divided lites, full true divided lites, your choice.
How a Window Order Works
Drop off, email, or send a takeoff. Hand sketches welcome.
We sit down (in person, phone, or screen-share) and finalize every opening.
You get a written quote with itemized units, finishes, and lead time. Approve and we order.
Units come to our yard, get inspected, then delivered to your job site on your schedule.
